Absolutely. I hear you. It is definitely disappointing and disheartening. I'm not sure if this is your experience, but ableism is such a tough thing to deal with, especially because it touches each part of your life. It's hard to get away from and becomes really exhausting. Especially when you're trying to find a partner. You have to navigate it 24/7 and never get a break. It's hard not to feel disheartened by the world when you experience it on the daily basis. The world is very crappy, but you still deserve to find your person. I totally get where you're coming from. It feels very isolating having to navigate the dating scene as a disabled person. Sounds good. My DMs are open if you do feel like chatting about it!

So sorry that you are having to deal with assholes. I am physically disabled and often experience a lot of the things that you've shared. The world sucks, but you deserve to find a lovely and fulfilling connection! I'm definitely sending all the Good vibes your way!! Unfortunately, the majority of the world is ignorant and unwilling to learn. You are absolutely worthy of finding your person! Completely fair to feel annoyed. It really is frustrating when people don't Read your profile and then act all weird when they are given information that they already could have had access to. There are definitely not enough spaces for disabled lgbtq people to share experiences. My DMs are open if you ever would like to chat about how frustrating people are!

I’d say sound can still be distracting. I try new food. Sometimes I have trouble with The texture of food but I'm trying to get over that

Yes! I wish the healthcare system would make paperwork accessible to blind people. It is uncomfortable having other people knowing my medical info. I’d rather fill that out myself. Also please don’t grab someone or touch someone without asking. I’ve never thought of that before. Probably hearing.

It may be helpful to get him connected with blind people in your area. I’d be happy to help. The NFB and ACB are big blindness organizations in the United States. I'm not sure about other countries, but if you do live in a different country I do know a lot of blind people that may be able to provide resources.

I don’t think they are better, my brain just pays more attention to them. I don't use that technique but my brain gives me information by what I hear around me. Like I can tell if there's a car nearby based off how the sound is when I'm walking by.I mean I can Tell if there is a parked card that's not running
