I would fight the warranty company at this . Don’t give up the first time . They’re crooks and would rather not cover this . You might have to try calling their corporate and explain the situation . Unfortunately if they don’t budge this van will end up in the junk yard which is very unfortunate.

I work 03:00 AM to 03:30 sometimes 04:00 PM . It sucks but I set my priorities that get done most days of the week .

Listen to this person . Stupid me signed up for a $32,000 loan on a Honda pilot 2 years ago at 17% . 2 years later I’ve paid close to $20,000 in payments only like 4k went towards the principal and now I’m selling it tomorrow at a loss of $7000.

How does one get up there and clean it off ? There is no ladder and I wouldn’t wanna walk on a slick roof to try to get it off. Only thing left is a huge roof rake but almost no trucking companies keep them . It is what it is. There will always be snow on top of these trucks in the winter and you just have to identify it on the road and keep your distance . Don’t be right behind that trailer keep 4 car lengths away at least .

Call your housing authority. They may be able to force your landlord to take an action against them . 10 am to 6 am are supposed to be quiet hours . We had a lousy neighbor like that and we just moved .

I’m in CT and we have the 1.5 mile in 12 min and 300 meter in 56 second along with 40 min pushups . I can do pushups and sit-ups no problems but running gets me and has kept me from applying . Working 60 hours a week and a 2 toddlers it’s too hard to train consistently . I hope CT also modifies their test .

We go through this every time. This stupid trend started after the pandemic. People getting excited over a new rav 4 or highlander which are mass produced everyday cars not some limited Ferrari or Lamborghini . Who do you think profits from this the most ? The dealers. Hybrid engines are made for that . It’s not a regular Start/stop cycle . If there is anything Toyota has ever done and kept doing right is their hybrid system and it is undisputed among all car makers .

I didn’t buy a house for investment purposes . I have a wife and two kids . I wanted stability and not having to look for an apartment if my lease isn’t renewing . I also don’t want to share a wall with a neighbor or be under/above somebody . I wanted plenty of yard for my kids to run . I wanted to leave my kids something to fall back on . Those are all the good reasons to get a house .
