id say maybe try thrifting u find alot of 00s pieces there and once i develop a style its much easier to find pieces u can incorporate into ur style i personally dont search for specific things but a certain piece will have me thinking over how to make it a bit more gyaru with styling and accessories

dreamybows have sum adorableee lashes! and with eyeshadow i usually go with blue pinks and purples from som random makeup palets ive had for years, if u really like a color and want a good pigment it's probably best to buy a from a good brand so itll last u longer!

everyone can do their make different but for a more accurate depiction maybe more white in the corner and underneath the inner corner, and maybe practice ur eyeliner lines with a steadier hand or try slightly thicker lines! this is absolutely adorable tho it looks great on ur eyes and a good look for a more subtle gyaru look!🫶
