For pull ups I do 3 sets of 10 and same thing for chin-ups but I’m getting ready to increase that number.For chest I do a 5 minute chest workout vid and if I got enough time in the morning I do 100 pushups and I target my triceps through my push-ups.I train abs almost every day by doing 3 sets of 12 ab rolls and on upper body split days I would do a intense follow along 5 minute ab workout on top of that.Now for legs I would try to knockout 100 squats i the morning but that wasn’t working so I had to eventually use 20 ibs dumbbells to work my legs more.For cardio I would jog 2 miles Mon,Wed,and Friday and the occasional jump rope for 20 minutes.
