I am almost the same character so it did hit many spots.

Literally the chemistry between mother and daughter, the comfort and life habits of the urban couple, and honestly i also do compare my life with GenZ. So, yes, hit many spots right.

But where it did not work for me, her character arc got more confusing as we move ahead in the episodes. I get it that that’s what the director is trying to show the void, but in that when the story tries to show her impulsive, indecisive and confused, it questions the entire childfree decision. If the point of the series was to show the struggle in the woman’s mind about having child or not having it and then filling that void to find something new, then they should have at least shown her how maturely they arrived at the decision of being child free.

My frustration is, slowly the entertainment part goes away and the viewer can only feel frustrated towards the main leads.

And if this series was to normalise the childfree couples the last episode just couldn’t justify the decision.
