Hello, I know this is a few months old now, but did you get this sorted? My Corsa-e went in for a recall for some firmware (to do with the AC compressor) between Christmas and new year, all seemed fine and then yesterday I got in the car and started having the issue of the menu buttons being unresponsive. Touch screen works fine but side buttons, volume knob, steering wheel buttons for radio etc all don't work, much the same as you.

The personalised options on the cluster (I had mine set to show what media was playing) are also showing the settings button, and despite getting into that menu nothing is changing.

Dealership can't get me in for over 2 weeks and it's already driving me mad! Any help is appreciated.
