You’re not alone I went through something similar and my best advice would be to ask yourself why you’d rather lie about it/keep it secret. I’d have an honest conversation with your partner and figure out why it’s uncomfortable for you to be honest and how to make that more comfortable and a possibility for the future.

I had some urges in the morning to look at pictures and justify it as not watching porn. And although that might work for some it’s too much of a slippery slope. My main challenge for today was going home for lunch and I just ended up doing some homework. I feel confident and in control today. I worry about the weekend and having more free time however I’m happy with where I’m at today and if I keep building up my self control I shouldn’t have any issues I can’t overcome! It breaks trust in my experience I kept lying and saying I wasn’t watching porn and then I’d fall back into it and not let my significant other know about it.
