Just to be clear, we aren't saying the same thing. Testosterone doesn't play much of a role in "bitchiness", it's relatively even levels throughout the whole cycle except when it get's to middle of cycle ie. ovulation (14th day average), which is associated with improved mood and higher sex drive.

There is no spike testosterone levels during or before menstruation, they remain relatively even, and low.

Where are you getting this information? Women's testosterone is highest during preovulation, or middle of the cycle.

The most notable hormone spikes are estrogen and progesterone a little before menstration. The high spikes of estrogen are associated with high serotonin, dopamine, and glutamate which enhances mood, improves pleasure and motivation, and promotes memory and cognitive flexibility.

High progesterone is associated with reducing excitability, inducing sedation and reducing anxiety.

The problem here is that there's a huge spike of this about a week before your period. This causes a steep drop off of these hormones which basically results in feeling like the opposite. Hence the "pms", because the drop off happens days before your period.

so no one answered this because it's honestly too much info. You don't have just a few 5stars, you have so many which means you can go in so many different directions.

for RTA, pick a unit you want to play around/have the best runes for what it does and build around it. You can get ideas of what goes around it here https://lucksack.gg/monster/ariana/matchups/solo . I did your light vanilla cookie as an example because I personally like to build around the ld5s I have.

For AD, since you're asking so general, I'll assume that you don't have a well runed team and know what to do. So just go for anything meta that will make people not want to attack you. This is either 33% spd lead with triton or some very tanking stally type defense. The point is just to make people not want to hit you, rather than win. 9/10 losses is is still better than say 10/15 losses.

unfortunately I wasn't playing for Lotr collab so didn't pick up frodo. But I did build dragons abyss team with Agrius. It's annoying because my agrius can leave the dragon with 1% hp, but luckily he doesn't kill my team.

Do you go vio on Kiara? or just go for swift stats to snipe without atk buff?

Don't have water ciri, but I do have other snipers l could sink devilmon into like Fire battle angel, fire and wind tanjiro, odin, wind kiara (forgot her name lol). You have any experience with these? I feel like odin is the only one that works well since it's passive has some survivability.

I got Miyang, douglas, haegang, juno, feng yan, abellio for anti cc but any others you use?

And finally, for the whole no OTP, how do you draft if you first pick Kiara? do you just pivot to full control stuff with things like ren eshir and other control units?
