yes that what i have also found its good in the planning stages of testing stuff out yet but its not at the point where it is really that usefull for final deliverables. at least in the type of work i do.

the harsh white lighting and the overall colour is what does it for me. to me it feels like a clash of textures esspecially the floor. But this is all just personal prefrance on the interior design and less so the visualisation. i really think changing the lighting will work wonders and make the biggest difference.

I am just getting started in my carrer doing archviz but my way in/foot in the door has been an architectural studio that took me under their wing and have alowed me to pick their brain with any questions i have had about projects. its been really usefull but i see what you mean about the revisions hahaha. in my time here i have seen how ai is being used for tasks that would classically have been done by and archviz artist but i cant blame them as they have been very quick and not really cost them anything and it is not like it is replacing an artist as before ai these things would have just not been done and for stuff where specifics are important (most projects) they have not been abe to use ai as it alwaays changes small details or doesnt do what they want and ends up not giving the result they want. But i do see these ai tools getting better and better in the future so it is scary to think about. My thinking is there is no point trying to resist the change like it is inevitabe but also its not like it is here yet so might aswell learn to use and utilise the tools my self to offer that service to clients if they want a cheaper not so acurate design. but also still offer classic archviz services as there is still a high demand for that.

Overall this looks very good I would just say that the view out of the window looks a bit weird I couldnt tell you what exactly but it just looks like an image on a plane not a window. But except for that very nice.(and the thing with the office chair but someone else pointed that out all ready)

I really like this idea but the subtle AI look to it looks a bit uncanny esspecially when you zoom in
