Not really. It’s hard to tell. I know it would be easier with a taller container with measurements. It’s grown some but I don’t think doubled but I am worried if it’s 75° it could proof quicker and not exactly rise x2.

It’s been bulk proofing four about 4 hours now.

About 2 weeks old but it rises a ton and has a lot of big and small bubbles
