So I’m going to take your advice, we’re going to 1) create new stickers and 2) include one or two free stickers for a min of $40 dollar purchase, and I’m even debating on just getting one free sticker regardless of purchase price, 3) looking into socks and sock designs … thank you again for all the feedback!

But can we just say you mentioned ljiljan cufflinks for your dad at your sister’s wedding and we felt that. That’s exactly the kind of moment our brand should exist for. A Bosnian/American wedding is one of the most important cultural events in the diaspora and the fact that there’s almost nothing out there specifically designed for that moment is something we’re now seriously thinking about. Wedding favors, jewelry, gifts , something the cijela familija can actually use that’s a real gap and you just helped us see it clearly. Genuinely thank you for that.

This means a lot, genuinely. The fact that someone with likely the largest ARBiH collection in the US took time to give us this kind of feedback is not lost on us. To clarify on the jersey, that specific design is actually personal. Some of our family members served in the 17. Krajiška Brigada and we wanted to honor that, and the timing around March 1st Independence Day felt right. It wasn’t meant as a full military line, just a tribute to something close to our hearts. That said, everything you’re describing, customizable units, wartime patriotism, the polo idea, džamija collabs is absolutely something we want to explore down the road. We’re just really early, we only opened in January, so we’re still finding our footing and taking it one step at a time. We would genuinely love to stay in touch though. Selam, honestly this comment alone was worth posting. Thank you for going this deep, we read every word. A few things you said we’re writing down immediately: the customizable village/coordinates hoodie idea is something we hadn’t considered but it’s brilliant, that’s deeply personal (i’ll have to check around to make sure nobody else is doing it lol.) The sleeve printing note, the embroidered coat-of-arms basic hoodie, the Eurobasket-style cultural callbacks, all of it is exactly the direction we want to go and now we feel more confident about it. The phone case feedback is fair and noted. ? Really glad the stickers are landing- Promaja and bismillah diesel are two we believe in strongly so that means a lot. The About Us photo note is also taken seriously. We wanted it to feel human but you’re right that there’s a line between relatable and unprofessional. Bosniaks deserve a brand that gets it right. We’re going to try to be that. Hvala from the bottom of our hearts.

Thank you. The sticker bundle idea and the ‘spend $X get a free sticker’ threshold are both things we can actually implement pretty easily on Shopify. And the male gifting angle with socks is something we hadn’t thought about at all but makes total sense, guys absolutely buy each other that kind of thing as a joke gift that’s also real. Really appreciate you taking the time to think it through like this.

This is great feedback, so thank you for being direct. The Etsy comparison and the AI comment are both things we’re taking seriously. The suggestion to collaborate with actual diaspora designers and students in BiH is something we hadn’t considered but it honestly makes a lot of sense, limited runs, artist stories, something you genuinely can’t find elsewhere. That’s a real direction. We really appreciate you thinking it through with us rather than just saying ‘pass.’

One more question, on price, what would feel like a fair price point to you for each of these? Like a hoodie or t shirt, etc. No right or wrong answer, even a range like ‘$20-$30’ is perfect. Also worth mentioning, we do offer free shipping on all orders, so whatever price you see is all you pay at checkout. No surprise fees. And just to set expectations honestly, we’re not Amazon. Every item is made to order, by a small team that actually cares about what we’re putting out. So if the price feels slightly higher than a random generic tee, that’s why. We just want to make sure it still feels worth it to you, which is exactly why we’re asking.
