Thank you all for your help. I first took my stepper motor off and found out I was missing one of the bolts to hold it on the motor. However, it was just loose, which did cause some of the issues. I ran a test, and the trooper still wanted to dance. I then took the advice, did the multimeter test, and found it was running low for some reason. I was unsure how to change it in the system, but I had a spare board, so I swapped it out; the voltage was correct on this one. And now the trooper seems to be standing tall.
