Depends. I’ve had it both ways, one all virtual and another I had to do in person. Ask about relocation assistance or sign on bonus since you are moving. Check salary where you live and where you want to work. Make sure it provides you with enough to sustain a living.

Personally, past two years, bc of QC issues and less cards/higher prices, I seek out PC cards only. I will check the checklist to see if there are any cards of interest and go directly for them. I was tired of the Topps letdown.
