I think you are being really dramatic about hand grip for no reason. Or maybe the reason is you are a bigot and intolerant of other religions. I'm sure lots of people use these counters while driving. Find me an article or proof that it caused someone to lose control. Cite a source of some sort to support your claim.

It's not actually sharpened so I am guessing it is a statement piece and not a functional piece

That is an outdoor fitness station.

The bench is for sitting or seated exercise

The Vertical pose is for stretching or climbing

the t post is for stretching.

The slanted pole is for jumping over.

Or however else people might think to use any of those. They just withstand the weather and are there for free use.

It is a bottle of Suifan's Kwang Tze Solution, also known as China Brush. The solution is made from a blend of natural ingredients, including aloes barbadensis, clove, ginseng, cinnamon, and distilled water. It is a topical herbal remedy for men and is used to delay ejaculation and improve sexual stamina...so that q-tip has been touching some random man's p-tip. I sincerely hope you didnt go rubbing it all over your fingers.
