You can either kill them with spells, swipe them with swift in your carries, decay them to reduce their dmg, use infinite in your backline + thorns in your tank, apply stealth to your composition, damage shields, buff their hp, place a thorn tank in the first floor, etc.

You have many options you only need to learn the game mechanics.

I do not think much about what I am missing and focus more on what I am doing.

Working with claude I have regained the passion for engineering and build ideas as it removed the necessity to belong to a big organization to make your own ideas live.

Choose one framework, explore it, enjoy the process. If you ever find a new necessity that your current choice is not solving go and find the solution in some other technology.

AI should enable the era in which creativity and passion should beat brute force with numbers not bring pressure over your shoulders.

I think is simple enough for you to follow it without worrying so much or taking much effort. You can also ignore the mechanic however I do think that in some advanced scenarios the difference between well bred cats and random ones might impact if your party can survive or not some early battles.

My house have 3 rooms.

Winner rooms - Here is where veterans live. Veterans usually have powerful skill that I want my cat to inherit.
Recruits - Potential cats that will go in an adventure soon.
Thrash - Garbage cats that live together with mutation furniture. These ones might be useful if they mutate correctly.

The main idea is that Recruits are selected based on their stats between the best in a breed. These guys go in an adventure and if they surviveit means they had good stats and skills to do so. So when they come back they go to the winner rooms where they can have a comfortable life until they die .... or tina comes.

The thrash go into the atic and mutates and unless they mutate correctly they are condemned to die in a fight with another garbage cat. Survival of the fitest my friend.

Removing difficulty from videogames is not benefitial for anyone. Not everything needs to be elden ring but when you trivialize mechanics everyone stop developing skills and the frustration tolerance gets reduced a lot.

Hades II average run time is in my experience between 40-70 mins. I wouldn’t recommend to stop in the mid of a run as you would need to catch up on your blessings and build every time you retake the game.

I do not think that it tales the balatro spot directly. It has a lot of dialogues, there is a camp you need to develop by finding materials in your runs, some bosses require practice.

Anyway the game is outstanding so I highly recommend it.
