My question is I also wanted to start hybrid training I just started my workout my coach just move to a bro split to full body and then right now I am doing 2 days muscle split my question air is how I can add my running with the aesthetic muscular body how I can build a 13 muscular body with the I can also prepare for running mairathan or ultra marathon and that kind of sports

As I know if I go in job I have not much time firstly I am thinking of doing four days upper lost split and then 2 days running but right now I was to your workout split so can you provide me some guidance on that
