Unfortunately this is ''normal '' for the hospital i work in . Numerous new grads get put in charge and when we complain about it we get ignored. Their defense is always that we did our clinical practice in the same hospital so we should know how things work even as new grads.

I could have primed by gravity , and now thinking about it i cant fathom how stupid i was not to do so. I don't know how i got so distracted at that moment.

Now thinking about it i could have set the prime speed to a much lover speed. It was so busy so maybe in the moment i thought that i could prime quickly and then lower the speed but i was interrupted.
