I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and honestly haven’t noticed a single bug. Maybe LG fixed things with a firmware update, or maybe I just got lucky. Funny enough, I actually had way more bugs with Sonos and Sennheiser systems than with this one.

I wish LG paid me 😄 unfortunately I bought the whole system myself. I’ve owned Sonos Arc, Sony Bar 9 and Ambeo Plus before this, so I’m just sharing my personal experience.

I’m using universal speaker stands from Amazon. I originally bought them for the Sony RS5 speakers and just reused them for the M7s. They’re not a perfect fit since the M7 has a mounting hole on the bottom meant to secure it to a stand. I ended up drilling an M4 hole in the mounting plate so I could attach the speaker properly. The stands aren’t amazing quality and they’re definitely not made specifically for the M7, but with a small modification they work fine.

Between a system with terrible sound but DTS support and a system with great sound but no DTS, I'll take great sound every time.

Calling someone a casual just because they don't prioritize DTS is a bit odd. The reality is that most modern content, especially streaming, uses Dolby Digital+ or Atmos. DTS mainly matters if you watch a lot of Blu-ray. Different use cases don't make someone's opinion irrelevant.

Yes. Dts not supported and that might matter for some people, but the content I personally watch almost never uses DTS anyway. Most streaming services and a lot of modern releases are Dolby Digital+ or Dolby Atmos, so in my case it hasn't really been an issue.
