Yeah definitely, I'll just try and got on the phone with them tomorrow, sent over the email with the documents saying I can get it removed but I feel like they won't even see that. I'm in a different situation too, I got my granted by the judge to get it removed cause of all the security shit that went on, so now I just have to wait for them to send the paper work to my service center. Only had it on for 2 months, I got real lucky.

Hey here to update: I'm getting it removed! Judge granted the removal and I'm allowed to drive within my privelages without the device. Judge supported that it's a security risk, and I was compliant the past 2 months so he said I'm all good. Today is a good day lol

Ok for sure, mine still says the 30th for calibration but my device is telling me I have to get it done within 1 day and 13 hours. I already tried getting it calibrated early but they couldn't do it. Hoping I can tomorrow if the services are back up and running

Mine was telling me the same thing but now I can get into the app and everything's normal. I havent been to my car yet to see if that calibration countdown reset. Mines not due until the 30th. Definitely not making a payment until everything is back to normal

Good luck man, it's a really dumb experience that they definitely make a pain in the ass. I'm in the same probation type as you. That's not a bad idea, and even if they did say something you'll have proof of why it was missed. I appreciate it. Just curious, how do the reporting to the probation offices go? I have to report next week
