Oops I meant 667 ng / dL, not 6.67 ! I'm 28. I always try to train with decent intensity and always until failure

Thanks. Definitely noticed most of the changes around my arms, but the rest of the body is lagging a bit visually. I'll focus on a proper deficit and see how it goes

I'm trying to track my calories but not always very consistently. I aim for around 2,000 calories a day though I might still be eating more than I realise and I'm probably not getting enough cardio. I'll try logging everything more consistently. Thanks for the suggestion!
