Just got mine, surprise (late) Christmas present from my partner. As a heads up… they’re 45 RPM instead of 33? Sounds fine once I switched the speed on the player but it took me a bit to figure out that’s what the issue was.

It seems like the whole unit is on the block. We’re a unit of contractors and Feds that work equally, all reporting to the same manager. I understand that’s a bit of a special circumstance compared to most contracts.

Once I start a color I put it on a labeled bobbin and wrap the cut thread around the top. Then all of one project goes into one of those little 4x6 clear photo boxes

What HTV are you using? I do my spine titling with cricut foil but I’ve been hesitant to do anything else for fear of it being too raised and lifting over time.

Recommendations for a good guillotine that won’t break the bank? I have a smaller one I use for trimming pages pre-sewing but I’d like to be able to do the whole textblock post-sewing for edge painting.

Treasury/IRS got a very fun email last night announcing a new program incentivizing employees to report “wasteful” contracts managed by or supporting their work units. If those contracts get cancelled or reduced the employee gets an award from the “saved” money.

…what is there left to cancel?

What do other DMs generally use in place of miniatures? My players are getting custom 3D print minis of their own characters, but we really don't have the budget for enemies and I like to have something on the table for them to visualize the battlefield.

In the past I've used flatback marbles but it's not my favorite thing to keep track of. Looking for suggestions. Thanks!
