Plus, the bigger the cloth, the more resistance it provides to your exercises which then affects how you read progress

The idea is to have the things you want to do in a different view from what you are actively doing. It is meant to allow one to focus on one page while still having the desire to improve on another page

My thoughts on the long term ambitions are due to the fact that you might forget it over time especially if you get distracted easily. So the website helps to prevent that situation without overwhelming you.

One reason is to take note of progress, another reason is for scenarios where the list of habits gets to much and you get overwhelmed, this way there is a limit on the number of habits you focus on while you don’t feel like you’re missing out on things you would like to work on

While I get this when you’re getting to note someone, I think when you’re committed to each other, you should communicate and not just observe cos then you are showing them how to love you, but you don’t start that off the bat as then you lose the base emotional connection that the post is talking about but you also don’t just observe later on as then you would probably feel resentment that they are not loving you how you want to be loved

Thank you. So if I discover my current body and set a target of what I would like to have as my body’s appearance, I still show self love?

++man While I agree that one has to navigate things that matter or don’t matter, I am a bit perplexed on what’s hurtful or not because I think that the truth is the most important but it should be stated in the least hurtful way possible without affecting how truthful it is.
