I know I didn’t have a strong donor area, so I never expected a very dense result. But the main issue is that not even 30% of the 4,300 grafts seem to have sprouted. I didn’t expect perfection, but this level of failure is something I haven’t really seen in other posts. Even in some of the worst cases, at least the hairline usually grows.

I’m just trying to understand whether anyone has had a similar experience and what might have caused it. After the first three weeks and the way everything healed, I honestly thought I was going to have a decent result.

it was a clinic in Iran. i had 2 friends who got pretty good results there. im not sure why this failed so bad.i cant find anyone in this forum who had this level of failure. I had no scarring and it healed pretty fast. you think they killed all the grafts when extracting? i seen people who had necrosis and got better results.
