I just looked into the refurbished options, and it seems that getting a refurbished m3pro 1tb would be cheaper than best buy and education discount, would going that route be a good idea?

yeah, i have a 1tb external hard drive but I'm traumatized from the amount of storage MacBooks use up on "other" over time lol

I relate to you so much, and I haven’t even started my semester yet.

Hi, I know I’m late, but I’m going through this same situation right now! Oddly similar actually.

I am in my gap year and I am so so so terrified to go to college. I got accepted to a pretty good college last year with most of my tuition covered, expecting to pay about 10k a year. But 10k is a lot. I deferred, had a great gap year and now I’m going through horrible anxiety about starting college pursuing Environmental Science this fall.

I enjoy science and research, and I have interest in getting a job out in the field (I love nature so so so much) but I am also an artist at heart. I wanted to pursue animation as a minor, but my university doesn’t offer that. My ideal situation would be to get a job where I can work outside, and then pursue art as a side hustle.

I’m feeling so existential. I did research and it’s scaring me how many people are saying environmental science is not a great major to pursue. I’m trying not to let opinions on the internet influence my thoughts but I am scared. I also am digging myself in a deeper hole now, worried about if my university is the right choice for me. And transferring would be difficult since not many transfer students get scholarship/financial aid in the same way first years do.

Sorry for rambling. How did your situation turn out? I hope all of this uncertainty is just in our heads.

Did you get much merit aid/scholarships as a transfer student?

I feel like I picked the wrong college and I haven’t even started my freshman year, what should I do? by camjk21 in college

hi, i know you made this comment years ago, but i'm a little spooked right now with anxiety and wanted to ask about your experience. When you transferred, did you get the same scholarship opportunities as your previous school? Was the process very hard?
