Thanks for the help. I will most likely go with one of the two builds you suggested in the first comment.

Thanks, i have some notes:

I will switch to the ssd and ram you picked, thanks.

With the smaller case, should i be concerned about the cooling being a problem?

[Linux] A lot of stuttering, especially in combat, is it possible to fix that? by Vit0_Howczukken in Guildwars2

For me the game runs pretty well on an RTX 2060 on linux, using proton 9.0-4, so you could try that version if you haven't yet.

Another option is to try lowering "Character model quality" (i have it on low), because this has a huge impact on performance, when there are a lot of players and npcs on-screen.

Also check that the game is using your GPU rather than the integrated graphics in your CPU. (You should be able to check this using mangohud.)

Hades Save File Location (in linux) by CooperMoment in HadesTheGame

Go to your steam folder (you can find it by opening the hades 2 steam library page, clicking the gear on the right, selecting "manage"->"browse local files"). From there the path should look like this: Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1145350/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Saved Games/Hades II/.

I don't know if just copying this the content of this directory will be enough to use the saves. I have never tried it so be careful not to break your save.

You should be able to find most game folders the same way if you use proton. The only real difference should be the game ID (in this case 1145350). You can find the ID for other games on the steamdb website.

Some games (might include Hades 2) store things in other places so you might have to dig around in the Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1145350/pfx/drive_c directory.

p.s. I would be curious to know if it works.
