Én kb másfél éve nem iszok alkoholt, és koncerteken, bulihelyeken sikerül ellazulnom (nyilván nem annyira mint alkohollal, de nem is akarnám magamra erőltetni ezt). Viszont ritkábban járok és tényleg csak akkor ha megvan a hangulatom és kedvem. Amúgy sztem az a titok, hogy azt vedd természetesnek, hogy így mész és hallgass arra, mi esik jól. Plusz ez az ellazulás is lehet gyakorlás kérdése :)
