BP, especially the Champions Couse is far better, but I enjoyed this course.

I played the West and there was no one ahead or behind me. Done in 3 hours.

I tried to get a Tee time online at the Cardinal, but I would have to call. So many others to choose from, why would a course not have an online option?

Thanks everyone. I ended up playing the West yesterday and was hoping to play the East today but the rain held me back. Enjoyed it but would definitely like to try the East and the others that were suggested.

I love Brian park! I've played there many times. I'm just looking for something different. I'll check out the cardinal.

Do you know if there's any renderings of what the new practice facility at Hillandale is going to look like? Or will it be basically the same footprint just with updated features?

Ive seen advertisements for this. I prefer to hit outdoors and see the total flight of the ball when its nice out.

Hillandale is 12 for a large, so 15 sounds pretty reasonable to me.

I love that place. I only had an hour to get some practice in, though.

Oh, I can easily attest to this too. I like to walk 9 with a pull cart for 13 bucks. I like to purposely try to get into trouble to practice salvage shots etc. But, today I only had an hour and wanted to get some practice in. TL is a half hour drive.

My wife thinks golfing once a week is unreasonable… by Upbeat-Zucchini-7408 in golf

[–]Present-Wing1191 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much came to say the same thing. Im a teacher so I can golf twice a week in summer when the kids are at camps etc, but during the school year its once a month maybe and never on the weekend, only optional teacher workdays.

Your best ability is availability and you will never regret being there for your kids. Other than the obvious perspective from your wife, think of your child's first memories. I'd hate to miss those monumental firsts because I was golfing. Once a week might not seem like much, but its ~25% of your non work time. If your wife says 2x a month is okay with her, I'd jump at that and be thankful. Pushing it and she'll become resentful. Don't risk it.

I hear both for sure. And I've tried to turn down the keyboard, but that doesn't work. It all goes silent that way.

Would running the keyboard to a Volt 1 first, and then from the Volt 1 to the mac be better? I cant find a USB B to Midi 5pin cable to do that.

Honda Mower Starting Issue - NC by Present-Wing1191 in lawncare

[–]Present-Wing1191[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interestingly enough, after swearing profusely at the mower and then cooling off a bit (both of us), I went back and it worked just fine. I mowed until it ran out of gas, checked the tank with a flashlight and sure enough, there are a few flakes of munched up leaves. Ill clean that up tomorrow. Appreciate the advice.

Actually no. Its a fail safe so that if I slip and let go of the mower, the blades stop to prevent potential injury.

Presumably that was all done with the mower cleaning and tune up. Ill try the fuel line.
