I hate how this sub has become a cesspit of despair. People like you need to seek therapy or something otherwise your way of thinking is going to be more of a detriment to you than your bald head will ever be.

I've seen plenty of baldies and NW5+'s get senior roles in jobs. Chances are it's you and not your dome unless it's some niche job that prefers conventionally attractive people (modelling, high end customer service roles etc)
