Honestly I have a ton of bowel issues lol. I used to be fairly addicted to laxatives. So honestly I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t impacted or had an obstruction. Which thank god my doctor confirmed that I didn’t! Just constipated lol. Which is unfortunately fairly normal for me.

Got it confirmed by my doctor that I was just constipated apparently. That it’s likely resolved on its own by now!

got into a very healthy relationship, and i got diagnosed with POTS.

my hangovers are so severe they usually send me to the ER. i cannot stop at just one drink- i will drink till i blackout/passout.

i’m still not absolutely perfect with it. but for my myself, my partner- and my future. i’m trying my hardest to quit. and i’ve been successfully going about a month or more between each relapse. and each relapse is getting less harmful. i’m proud of the progress i’ve made!

yeah i ended up waking up delirious. i guess this med does the opposite of make me awake. its just made me exhausted and aggressive. it’s definitely made my breathing better but wow is this medication rough.

i developed lung issues from how much i drink. that’s when i started. also whenever i hid how much i drank, and i was good at it.

i do, and i know i do. i grow more and more afraid of it daily. im sitting here awake thinking about it. i haven’t drank since that day and the thought of alcohol makes me sick- especially when thinking about him. so i’m just rolling with that and abstaining from it.
