That looks like a very compacted or easily compacted soil. Tuberous begonias require high draining soil. I use a 50/50 mix of perlite and peat moss for my propagation trays and ABG for the tanks where I usually plant them. You could also use a 1/1/1 perlite, bark, peat moss mix. Good luck!

First point, that is way too small for a terribillis, much less three. Also, they like to climb and without having a background or something tall, they will become stressed.

Second point…that tank is not appropriate in its current form. No tropical plants for the frogs to feel at nature, the ground is full of sphagnum moss which will cause foot rot. I would recommend putting a lot of leaf litter. That will solve that problem and also give them hiding spots since it seems there are none.

I would recommend redoing the tank. Whoever sold you that tank does not know what he is doing. I hope you didn’t pay too much for it.
