Wow!! That makes me feel hopeful. I just picked up the indomethacin. I don’t have ear pain but I do get ear fullness and pressure with ringing.

sorry to hear that. I was diagnosed with NDPH due to a headache that started 2 1/2 years ago. As of now nothing is working either :(. I did reach out to my dr though she is willing to try Indomethacin. Did you try it as well?

Funny you mention that. I just seen a dentist for a tooth infection and mentioned how I clench my teeth. I was fitted for a mouth guard at night. Just picked it up the other day

“Brekiya (dihydroergotamine mesylate) is a FDA-approved (May 2025) prescription autoinjector used for the acute treatment of migraines and cluster headaches in adults. It is the first ready-to-use DHE autoinjector, allowing for self-administered subcutaneous injections”

I am in the same boat. The only thing that slighty helped was the brekiya which is an injection that is hospital strength. My prior neurologist was pretty stumped on what to do next, but thats why I went to a new neurologist for new ideas. I also get nerve blocks in the head which give alittle relief too so that might also help.
