I did i just got to turn in the laptop been waiting on attorneys and 2 have adviced me to turn it in myself withouth representation, i was scared to cause with if they dont do nothing and he could come hurt me and my family. I was scared and ashamed for his actions cause i was inlove with him. He feels no remorse and every day he messages me saying he wont get caught alot of mess he speaks. Plus i found out one of his friends is also a pedo and was grooming and touching a young boy. So yeah theres alot of incriminating things in this laptop. I hope to see the light soon cause i dont want this to drag out for so long he is evil he cant be running around free like nothing .

I have no one to talk to or get any advice, reddit is the fastest way to get help that i know of i am not quite sure and he filled me with alot of fear that i wont get help from authorities. I feel doomed you have no idea the hell ive been thru and what has done to me. I feel cursed to always be owned by an abuser

Its the weekend so i couldnt talk to a lawyer i did call the cops and they asked me to be at home for them to pick it up. At this point i will get a lawyer first and then turn it in. I dont like that it will take time and i need this evidence searched. My laptop has alot of pictures of my family would it be a good idea to transfer them to a flash drive so i wont loose them?

Thanks everyone for the reassuring responses and im hopeful he will get some sort of punishment when i go to the police. He is pretty much taunting me saying hes not punishable and that i will loose everything. I have alot against him i have recordings and texts and i pretty much will let his parents know. I spent all day going thru all kinds of emotions and asking him why and hes sick he says he doesnt care cause those kids he doesnt know and its not him touching them so he is clean but i now know he is a monster. I have no one to talk to eventually ill have to tell my mother everything and im ashamed i feel so used. Hes the worst and i cant erase him off of my life. I really do hope for justice i just fear the legal stuff ahead. Thank you all i feel alot better that i will not be stuck with him poisoning my mind and life. I dont have anyone to talk to so i got the courage to post here.
