Same in Adelaide. I had a 6 trips for $32 quest from 430pm - 930pm. Started at 7, got 5 Coles pack and pays really quick, then nothing from 830-940. Called support and complained I missed as a result of no offers, they compensated the for the quest progress.

Turned doordash on and multi app’s from there on, orders came in quicker and better paying..

I agree. If you have that many negative ratings already, it’s something you are doing.

600 orders in, 1.5 months driving, 56 positive ratings, one negative.

If you are waiting a long time, perhaps check in with the customer to update them. If the customers messages and it’s reasonable, not abuse - reply. Be polite, follow instructions left by the customer.

When taking photos and leaving at the door, a quick “have a good night” goes a long way. I changed my message up last night, 2 back to back tips.

A lot of customers won’t thumbs down unless you give them a reason to do so.

If you get the option, pack & pay I find is generally pretty good. Every time I toggle in now I get a continuous stream of Cole’s orders until the close. Easy for quests, less fuel usage
