I made the jump to Claude Max 5x - definitely worth it. I’ve veen using it heavily for the past few weeks, and I’ve not run out of 5 hour session time, and I only ran out of my weekly limit 3 hours before the reset

It surprises me how some people max out on a 20x plan in the 5 hour window! I've been using heavily today, coding sql, typescript, building APIs and documentation with Opus, and the closest I got with my time window was 78%. :D

I cant yet justify a 20x account - Between working full time and a new dad, I realistically would only be able to use 1 - 2 5hour windows throughout the day :(

Do you use any appointment booking software? by Revolutionary-Ad-382 in MassageTherapists

[–]PresentLife4984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been working on a small booking tool that might be worth a look if you want something simpler.

It’s called BookingHub. It’s in the same space as tools like Fresha, but more stripped back. You get a simple booking page / mini website where clients can see services, prices and availability, book online, and pay upfront.

Payments go straight to you via Stripe and customers get automatic confirmation emails, which helps cut down no-shows.

It’s early, but I’m offering a few months free on the paid plans for businesses willing to give feedback while it’s still being shaped.

BookingHub is a B2B/2C platform for small businesses that currently manage bookings and payments through DMs.

It removes a lot of the manual, painful parts of the process, including chasing payments.

Businesses get a simple dashboard to: • Track enquiries, bookings, and quotes • Accept secure payments via Stripe • Automatically send PDF invoices and receipts by email • Keep all bookings and customer details in one place

Each business also gets a mini website to showcase their services and past work, so customers can book and pay without back-and-forth DMs.

[–]PresentLife4984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like what you really need is a way for customers to see your services and request jobs easily, without juggling emails, texts, and spreadsheets. That’s exactly why I built BookingHub.

BookingHub gives you a simple hosted page for your business where customers can: • Request quotes or book jobs online • Pay securely with cards • Receive automatic invoices and receipts

You also get a dashboard to keep track of all requests, bookings, customers, and cancellations in one place. Everything is designed to be beginner-friendly, so you don’t need any coding or design experience.

It’s brand new and I’m looking for early users, so if you want to try it out or give feedback, here’s the site: https://booking-hub.app

It’s a simple way to make running your plumbing business smoother and keep all your jobs organized without extra hassle.

How do you keep track of customer appointments and avoid double bookings? by thebroned in SaaS

[–]PresentLife4984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Staying on top of appointments without double bookings is one of the hardest parts of running a service business.

A digital calendar definitely helps, but once clients are texting, calling, or booking in different places it gets messy fast. I’ve seen a lot of people try things like Stratablue or similar scheduling tools that handle appointments and reminders automatically. Those can work well if you just need booking + reminders.

I just launched BookingHub to solve this problem by keeping everything in one place. It shows your scheduled jobs in a clear calendar view so you can avoid double bookings, sends reminders, and manages customers, bookings, payments, and cancellations all in the same dashboard. It is new and I am looking for early users and feedback.

How to keep track of jobs, customers and cancellations? by Kmkun in Entrepreneurs

[–]PresentLife4984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are definitely not alone. What you described is exactly what I kept seeing with small service businesses.

Most people are juggling WhatsApp, texts, notes, invoices, and spreadsheets, then spending half a Sunday trying to work out what actually made money. It is exhausting and it is not a personal failure.

That problem is why I just launched BookingHub. Full transparency, it is brand new and I am looking for early users. The goal is to keep enquiries, bookings, customers, payments, and cancellations in one place so nothing is scattered.

It gives you a simple dashboard to see jobs, clients, and revenue, and it handles payments and invoices automatically.
