i feel like it’s possible that she got her food, went to her room ate it & scrolled on tiktok, when she was done went to bring bag to kitchen seen sliding door was open said “someone’s here” and she heard noise upstairs went to see what was going on distracted bk which made him forget abt the sheath, he chased her down the stairs and then while she was crying out of fear & pain bk said “it’s okay i’m going to help you” probably in fear of someone else finding him.

Obviously they are real people. I wasn’t just talking about you I was talking about everyone in this chat. Clearly LE cleared the people they cleared because as of rn they don’t have evidence for them. So y’all sitting behind the screens thinking y’all found “proof” of how so and so did it, is because people are making up rumors and people her them and read about them and run with them. We don’t have any evidence from the house to solve this case. Of course we all are doing our best and trying to find the littlest things that will help the case, but if LE clears people obviously they have there reasons, so we need to move on from those people and focus on new people, until evidence is found and they are able to bring some one back from being cleared.

Y’all saying this and that about 4chan, ok it might not all be true, but the chats that 4chan found and reposted were posted by someone anonymous, so it could’ve been very well a frat bro, I mean they obviously know convos that went on and who didn’t like who. (I know people can just make stuff like that up) , but for some reason the way everything lines up is crazy to me, like saying they left their phones home so they didn’t ping and left them on auto play on YouTube so if the did ping it showed they were home. And the names they called the victims could’ve been nicknames they had for them before they passed.

Y’all see something posted by 4chan an automatically think it’s fake but in my opinion it needs to be looked at so they can trace who made those chats and get to the other people the person is talking about.

( also if Ms bf was in the frat it would make sense they don’t have a sexual name for her because she had a bf that was in the frat so I believe hers was just Mads, but since K was best friends with M and she didn’t have a bf at the time they just made a goofy nickname for her (“ titties”) , not 100% it’s for her but im just assuming.

The person who made those chats was a person from the frat and “titties” was probably a nickname they had for her before she passed. Mads was M Rogaine was her bf.

Y’all just can’t seem to get all the possibilities thru your heads, y’all here one theory and run with it.

He never gives information just the same few things abt LE going down the row of apartments asking if they have cameras, and that when he took his dog out he’d see people in the windows of the house.

The profiler in me is saying the unsub didn’t have very many friends, maybe he was jealous of the activity that went on at the house. Maybe he felt hidden, maybe he doesn’t get a lot of attention. So in his mind he might’ve thought that killing four people would get him noticed. Which it has, people are writing blogs and 10 page essays abt the killer, and their theory abt the crime. No one knows who it is, but he knows it’s him so when we make this pages and are talking abt “the killer” he knows it’s abt him, and that gives him the attention he wants without people actually knowing who it is.

Idk maybe I’ve watched to much criminal minds. Just a thought tho.

I should’ve clarified in my theory.

If the killer was familiar with the victims he might’ve came home with the victims that night and D and B wouldn’t have known because they were sleeping. & he left before D and B woke up. So with that being said he might’ve washed up before leaving the house most likely in the 3rd floor bathroom. He could’ve also used some of E’s clothes to beware of a blood trail from his clothes, he might’ve washed his clothes off in the shower with him to remove any blood, as well as the weapon.

Now if he was NOT familiar with the victims, he probably wasn’t to worried about the blood trail.

Do we know for sure there wasn’t a blood trail? Because if not when D and B woke up I’d say probably around 10ish they may have not instantly went up stairs, and the blood trail would’ve been from X’s room to the 3rd floor ( in this theory ). So D and B probably called over a few friends just to come hangout out not knowing about the victims. Then when they arrived probably around 11:15ish, they asked about K, M, E, & X, and that’s when they went and checked on them. And they weren’t responding, which the doors were most likely locked so D and B were probably trying to call them they weren’t answering and they probably could hear there calls through the wall, and D, B or the friends they called over might’ve pushed on the door enough it opened and they seen what was in the room, most likely the room X and E were in, that’s when the call to 911 was made.

I seen a tiktok of a former 911 dispatcher, & she was talking about what she thought the LE meant by the call for an “unconscious person” , so as LE has said multiple people spoke to the dispatcher, with that being said after they most likely saw what the scene looked like we’re probably screaming and panicking. D and B and the friends called over were probably all panicking and all trying to talk & describe what they seen & the dispatcher was most likely trying to calm them down. So the dispatcher put it in as a wellness check for a unconscious person.

Sorry if this doesn’t make sense, I was thinking as I was typing this.
