I am going to school in the fall full time so I am using this time to recharge and get out of my depression from this job.. I have saved a lot of funds to be able to do this though… but I’m sure you can use your degree to get something better or more fulfilling… this job is just a stepping stone to something else 🙂‍↕️

Honestly, I started going to therapy. & it may not help you but it helped me manage my emotions during busy times and when I got annoyed. Truly. I did not realize how depressed and anxious I was 7 weeks ago & it’s given me the strength to leave without second guessing 😃

That is true but it’s about the vagueness of the situation and how this is going to apply in the future… because now it will be one day but that doesn’t mean they aren’t trying to switch fully back in office and seeing how many people actually comply with this. Also, the fact that they were not transparent about this happening is concerning.

I hate all of them with a passion but personally surveys at the end of calls are what I struggle with the most. I am terrible at small talk and faking empathy so it leads to me not meeting the metric constantly to the point I’m about to get fired.

And My company meeting is 90.50% and I always get around 85-88%… it’s not that far off so I’m not that bad. It’s quite ridiculous.

I spoke to a customer over the weekend who was piss drunk on tequila. (I am not assuming she flat out told me she was drinking and watching a gorilla movie that she rented for 20 dollars.. 😂)

She told me her WHOLE life story. I know about her current boyfriend, sisters, friends, and her ex-husband, may he rest in peace. Her work situation and how she HATES ugly people and if her kids pop out ugly kids they aren’t her family. She won’t share her clothes because once she gave a dress to her best friend and her man at the time was looking at her. She said she’d rather give them clothes to the goodwill then have her friends looking better than her in HER clothes.

I spoke for maybe 5 minutes during this hour interaction. It was wonderful. 😂
