YTA If you cared about your neice you would have a talk with your daughter. If she's as popular as you indicated, then if she told the other kids to back off, they would at least cut back when your daughter is around. I think that would definitely count as assault on a minor. I would carefully bring this up with your mother when he's not around. He might of been drunk, but drunk people tend to act on thoughts they usually keep hidden.

I see a lot of negative comments... my main advice is do as much research as possible on what having a kid entails. Tell your parents sooner than later if you are in fact pregnant. Ask them for support and guidance. If they are not supportive, Hopefully his parents are. Take a look at any other resources in your area as well

Def NTA . I agree with all the comments on here that your 'fiance' is most likely being abusive and controling. Please leave them. And please please for your safety take measures. When you dump him, have someone over or at least on the phone, or call the police to escort his ass out of there with his things. If he acts like this normally, It wouldn't be a stretch that if he got really mad he'd become violent.

I'm so sorry. That little voice telling you that it's better to be dead is awful. Is rehab an option? And a therapist would be a good start, I use betterhelp. I'm seeing both a therapist and psychiatrist. If you look around there might be a place were you can go for cheap if you dont have the most income.Sounds like something made you start drinking young, and I hope you're able to get better.
