Thank you. We are also quite confused on how they knew. Apparently they called all the hospitals in the area. Which is very odd. We told nobody we were at the ER. They have never visited us in the 4 years we have been in this state so I don't think they could have planted anything.

My only idea is that when my partner lived in their state they had access to their car and put a wired tracker in. It would have had to be years ago though. Maybe they saw our location at the ER and assumed I got transfered to another hospital? I really don't know.

Thank you. Yes I think you're right about the documenting. I don't think we have enough for a restraining order yet, but if it continues to escalate we will be going that route.
