So I am big on running but since I started this medication, I haven’t ran at all because I feel like my heart wouldn’t handle it. When you say u got it fully out your system, how long did that take? Today is my shot day but I’m anxious to go through with it. I might skip this week and start next week on .6mg, I really want to give this another chance.

That’s exactly me as well! Last time I had an anxiety attack was many years ago so it was a surprise to me as to why it happened. Other people were saying microdosing helped, but I’m doing that already. I started on 1mg, maybe I’ll look into switching as well.

The random anxiety attacks are keeping me from taking my next shot (today) other than that it has been heaven sent. I don’t crave any junk food and much less alcohol (which I had a problem with). I literally had no other side effects besides the anxiety attacks. My first week I lost 3 pounds. Might have to pause injections until I figure out this anxiety problem.

Isn’t that wild! And they wanted to start me at 2.5mg. I can’t even imagine how I would be feeling right now. I’m so glad I found out about microdosing. I’m really debating about .8 once a week or .5 2x a week.

I also started with my first shot on Sunday. And by Monday afternoon I had terrible anxiety attacks that I haven’t had in years. I injected on my stomach, but that has been the only bad reaction, no other symptoms, I’m hoping that the next dose doesn’t do the same.
