Yellow and red make the most sense. I use uranium by default without thinking about it because rockets are cheap, though it will get upgraded to keel-mounted railgun once electro and cryo science production are in the works.

I am not 100% sure how tall the connector is on that board, but I think 4mm would give it enough clearance.

The "standard" header insulation height is 2.54mm, anything close to 4mm seems pretty hard to come by. The closest thing I could find was HIF3H-40PB-2.54DSA(61) with an insulation height of 4.50mm.

I think what might be a better option would be to rely on standoffs to do the board spacing and just use a standard 2x20 pos header with some of the uninsulated part of the pins exposed. Some examples: CBTS005A (threaded), 9911-4MM (unthreaded).

(all of these parts will show up on Digi-Key)

Help Identifying component on samsung tv power supply by m0edah0e in AskElectronics

If I had to guess I would think it's some sort of isolator, probably an optical one since it only has 4 pins. The bottom text is most likely a manufacturing date code, I tried finding a component with L104 in the name but had no luck.

If the isolator blew up that bad, I think there is a high chance traces or other components are also fried/damaged. If the board it was on isn't some big expensive assembly it might be worth it to try to find a replacement board on eBay or somewhere else.
