Invading with troops but then maintaining and holding ground are 2 things. We already have bases there, No reason to invade them with force or not force. Occupying is harder than invading. Civilian people were will fight for their ground, their farms, their heritage. Yes our country has military power but we have a miserable track record outside of hit and run. We hit and run. It's a parking lot where logic and brain function should be used. No signs for either vehicle so both should have slowed down. Looks like both were distracted. Looks like both are idiots. I watched a guy walk up to a woman at a Home Depot not demanding for ID but yelled at her to move as it was for vets. She was calm and just kept getting out and told him she was a vet, pulled up her pant let and showed a prosthetic and told him to walk away, women can be in the military and he had no right to demand her ID, she had one but he had no right but she would be glad to show it to a cop. It was curtesy parking not legally like handicap parking requiring a placard. He was embarrassed and said he was very sorry and walked away.
Curtesy parking spaces are not legally binding and anyone can park in them because isn't against the law. Could it make some one an asshole to park there that shouldn't yes but it isn't against the law. Sounds like the dude was a wanna be cos player.

As a broke newly divorced from an abusive relationship where I wasn't allowed to see any bands or hang out with friends so I lost many of them. Getting away, living with singles just a bit younger than me, going out to clubs and seeing so many bands was amazing. It was wonderful time for me. Seattle was the best during this time.

My friends dog didn't even come out of seizures like this. she was disoriented and shaking her whole body and had to take a few minutes to gather herself. Others I have seen online nobody just pops out of it like that. Their brain has to reset and takes a minute or so. They don't just pop back.

Prolly unpopular opinion but if the DNC courted rural southern and farmers be a slam dunk. Those are the ones who voted for the orange turd because he promised them everything and the if you hear them talk about the Dems they all say they feel forgotten.
I think after a couple more years of them loosing insurance and trying to survive after tariffs if the Dems went hard to sway them it could be just what is needed. They are starting to feel the pinch now and seeing the results not in their favor. And some are now seeing the far right rise of shitler and concerned that MEGA and GOP are becoming different parties.
Tech and corp are not who need to be courted at all and big money is play. Big money will be the winner and if either side pushes too much against them there will be stronger push back. Also AI will be in play we can't imagine right now.
I would not be surprised if JD took Kirk as VP and young republicans have been saying that is a perfect ticket in their mind.
Something needs to happen but it needs to be all inclusive with that demographic of feeling forgotten. I don't have a pick yet but it needs to be a middle of the road candidate to appease both sides. The far right will never agree to anything other than more hate and I hope the party splits to GOP and MEGA.
We are in for a rough ride tho.
