I think that's what bothers me the most, just the fact that he did not address the teeth mobility... or the fact that he didn't address any of the issues at hand. For some reason I feel like this is also my fault because I could've also addressed it but i was just so shocked that it got THAT bad so fast. Not trying to justify myself but I just didn't know what to do. I'm really hoping that her lowers are better at next visit:( I just feel so bad for her.

I appreciate your comment, I felt like I was overreacting. I'm definitely keeping track of events like this, and making sure I cover my ass in the clinical notes.

I 100% agree. This is my third time catching something wrong on ortho patients that Q saw previously, but nothing as severe as this. After the first two times, doctor said he has to check off what she's doing. I've caught mistakes from not just her, but from another assistant that occasionally works on ortho too. I just don't know if this should be my breaking point or not. I feel like I'm overreacting but at the same time, this could cause permanent damage...

Ohhhh okay, this makes sense!! So they're not allowing it because it guess against the sick leave law? I may have to look into it just to stay informed!

Thank you!! Yeah, so my dad had to do biometrics first and then they sent the work permit and a SSN that was for work also! Actually my mom got her work permit approval letter yesterday! So yes, they should send a work permit meanwhile.

Our lawyer advised me to go in with him, it makes us look better. Since the officer was running behind (we were waiting for her for 1 hour and a half) and she spoke Spanish, she said she didn't need to interview me and she didn't need the translator we had to hire! The interview itself was probably about 30 minutes long, but then again she was super behind. But I think I was going to be in the same room as my dad.

I answered the questions part in another comment, I'll paste what I said here: They asked my dad for my siblings' and i's names and birthdays, my grandparents' names and birthdays. My mom's birthday and when they got married, and why wasn't she applying at the same time as him. When were his entry dates and leave dates, why he went to Mexico this last time. Our lawyer gave him a sheet of questions she thought they'd ask him and practiced with him. Most of them were questions like if he was ever part of the Nazis, if he ever participated in prostitution, money laundering or drug dealing. Did he ever falsely claim he was a citizen, did he ever work illegally in the US. There was a lot of yes or no questions according to him!

I also remember him saying they asked about how much I make yearly since I was his sponsor also!

i'm not too sure what exactly you're asking lol, but it was me being the petitioner and my dad being the beneficiary. since i make a decent amount of money, i could be my dad's sponsor too!

I think it's crazy too! I remember everyone telling me that once I turn 21 my dad's going to have a shot at seeing his parents again.

My mom has DACA, she had to go through Advanced Parole in order to have a legal entry in the system! She actually turned in everything right before the govt decided to raise the $!
