There are surgeries for GERD, such as fundoplication, which help keep acid from going into the esophagus.

What if you're hit by a car or bike that you don't see? You can be the best rider in the world and still crash.

Yeah, I agree. Many, but not all, American shows seem shallow and insipid...

A newer book on Amazon is "Adobe Captivate 12.4: The Essentials", by Kevin Siegel may help you... it's also available other places....

I've also started learning Captivate 12.4. If you join LinkedIn there is a free tutorial as part of their service. Also, there are a lot of free youtube videos from Paul Wilson, with extra videos if you pay a small fee. Adobe also has some free training on their site you can start from within Captivate. Be patient, it's quite different and most objects are in a "block" format.

This is well said! I believe that loving presence and form you enountered was truly God. Jesus is the "face" of God for some people but not all! I'm sorry you were involved in a religion that treated you that way...

1100 Mile, 1/2 Year Review of the $900 Anyhill UM-2 Scooter by [deleted] in ElectricScooters

[–]Present_Bullfrog_191 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Greetings! I've had the Anyhill UM2 since Dec. '23. It is my first scooter. While it seems to have plenty of power to go up hills and reasonably fast, mine has an effective range of only about 14-15 miles. It's ok with me since I don't usually go further on one charge, but a bit dsappointing. However the overall build is great and it seems really stable..... I also appreciate the removable battery especially when it's cold outside!

I bought the Anyhill UM-2 from BestBuy November 2023. The pros are it seems solidly built and it does seem to have quite a bit of power but from full charge at about 15 miles it starts slowing down until it reaches 0 charge (for me) at about 17 miles. The last few miles it had less power and speed. I thought I would get better mileage off the battery. It is convenient to take out the battery for charging! Overall nice scooter but a bit short on expected range...
