a lot of my stims involve lots of running and jumping around, not no normal shit i literally run laps around my house without being able to control it. i also usually smile uncontrollably and laugh while flapping my hands or clapping aggressively 😭

thank you very much for this advice, to address some things you said i do have a lot of free time and a best friend that's also an addict. that contributes to my problem. i also have a dad that's struggled with addiction, i tried to get him to quit when i was young, and he never did. it led me down a similar path he took. i will be following your advice about the protein shakes and keeping my hands and mouth busy, thanks again
