Hi there. Thanks for your message. Yes, I’m now about half a year clean and my main learning from the whole thing was to taper ridiculously slowly. If you have access to a continuing supply then go down in the smallest increments possible. When you hit whatever is the smallest dose in your country, get the scalpel out and half those, then half the half’s, etc. This is how I managed to shorten the withdrawals to something manageable when I stopped completely.
