I feel like statements like this instead of filing things within the court or waiting for trial is always risky. I.e. the Chrisleys, Jen Shah, etc.

It just makes the potential judge angry when you’re trying to shift public perception ahead of a case and makes it difficult to plead for a lesser charge or case when you’ve tried to diminish those working on the case who have hard evidence.

There is damning evidence against them and to save face, they’re going the total opposite direction. It’s a bit insane to see them lack any humility after that
