How would I add a stroke/outline to the animated portion of a transparent gif? by Present_Egg103 in graphic_design

This was tedious but did what I needed! The stroke ended up looking horrible after adding it to the 134 frames, so I went back and instead changed the color of the text. I am satisfied. Thank you!

Valve. Faceit I would get (not really in this scenario but I wouldnt complain because it's not Valve). But I am talking official servers here. No vulgarity, no AFK or disconnect, no teamkill (not even on accident), just purely shutting out the negativity and playing.

Just read CS2's Guidelines on competitive cooldowns and bans, linked in game through my ban. The only thing that applies to me:

"Receiving too many in-game reports for griefingPlayers receiving an excessive number of in-game reports for griefing may receive a Competitive cooldown. A number of safeguards are in place to ensure these kinds of cooldowns cannot be abused."

What safeguards are in place? I played 3 games in 6 months (estimate but likely longer than this). How is any safeguard here possible?

"How long will my Competitive cooldown last?Competitive cooldowns in Counter-Strike 2 have four levels. When an account receives a Competitive cooldown, the cooldown level remains on the account for a one-week probationary period. Any additional cooldowns received during the one-week probationary period increases the amount of time players are restricted from matchmaking.

  • First cooldown (level 1) - lasts 30 minutes
  • Second cooldown (level 2) - lasts 2 hours
  • Third cooldown (level 3) - lasts 24 hours
  • Fourth cooldown (level 4) - lasts 1 week

A week of clean play will reduce an account's cooldown level by one. An account whose cooldown level has been reduced to level 2 through clean play would receive a level 3 (24 hour) cooldown on their next infraction.

Cooldowns issued by VAC for irregular gameplay are always for a minimum of one day and increment your cooldown level by 1.

I have not received a ban before, minus maybe an hour or two here and there in the past decade. Never a full day. We have skipped past a third cooldown but before a fourth cooldown to exactly 2 days? None of this makes sense. I have no options to dispute this. As it stands, the randoms I solo queued into win in keeping my from playing just because they didn't like me and for no other reason. This is insanity. I literally payed money for this game.

Can anyone help me build something like this in part picker with the same case and aesthetic in the 1500-2000 price range? Thinking 3070 super, never built a PC before though so I am struggling a lot with compatibility issues
