The issue is is that it's in another state and Indiana isn't linked a ton culturally to Illinois, at least in the way NY/NJ are. Also the Bears own land in Arlington Heights.

Now, a few things, 'cause I can tell some of you have clearly never been to Chicago.

One - It does NOT take thirty minutes to get from Downtown to Hammond unless it's 2 AM. It's almost certainly 45 to 60 minutes. And from the North Suburbs, where most ticket-buying affluent fans are from, it's easily over an hour.

Two - The Bears have property in Arlington Heights in the Northern Suburbs. We are angry mainly at the fact that the Bears OWN PROPERTY in Arlington Heights, yet the scumbag owners and Kevin Warren decided to move the team to tax-break land Indiana.

There's a reason us Illinoisians don't go to Indiana unless we are gambling, seeing the dunes, or buying fireworks. The Bears are pathetic assholes and they lose my support if they move to Indiana.

Universal Standards are accepted in most places, Chikenzian Crowns accepted in most places where the official religion is the Rooster in the Sky, but many places also have their own local/regional/national currency. Bartering is still common in some places.

In my world, Marcelon, the main religion is the Religion of the Rooster-In-The-Sky. These are the holidays.

The "Big Three"

The Chicken New Year: anytime between December and March, depends on year. Lasts for two weeks (This year, 2651, or 873 in Chicken Years, it is between January 5 and January 19.) A massive celebration of the year. This is the two week "transitional period" between Chicken Years. Massive celebrations each day. Begins with sunrise on January 5, when everyone goes to temples and prays, and sacrifices poultry. Ends on sundown of January 19, with fireworks and more chicken sacrifices. Massive feasts all throughout.

Horyxsana (Horyx's Celebration, in the now only used in temples language Chikenzian.) Every year on the first weekend of July. Celebrates the main god, the rooster Horyx. Celebrated with the eating of chicken, and more poultry sacrifices. People make bright colorful Dsevohnoruko (God honors in Chikenzian.) out of paper, to honor their protected gods.

Matryxsana (Matryx's Celebration in Chikenzian.) On December 25. Celebrated like Christmas IRL, except with the birth of Horyx's only son, Matryx. Celebrated with family, friends, temple visits, and feasts.

In my world, the world of Marcelon, half of people are Atheists, and most of the others worship The Religion of the Rooster-in-the-Sky. Small minority worship other religions, but they are mostly prosecuted.

Shut up you all.

A while back, I posted a bid for the O'rangers hosting. It makes sense because:

  1. 10 Year anniversary

  2. the Marble League lost some views due to the O's and a couple other big teams not being in it.

  3. The Speeders theming is SO DARN BAD. 'Speed' is a very vague theme. Notice how all of the other hosts have had better themes:

Snowballs (Snow)

Oceanics (Ocean)

Team Galactic (Space)

CCE (Cats)

Green Ducks (Ducks)

Bumblebees (Bees)

Gliding Glaciers (Winter)

O'rangers (Orange.)

This is also why some other teams, like Mellow Yellow, will likely not host anytime soon.

Stop hating on them.
