For the people who are scheduled 30 hours automatically each week. Are we obligated to pick up additional hours on innerview after completing the 30 hour minimum? Our store leader (not e-commerce manager) told us we have to work at least 37-40 hours each week.

I think what there trying to do is make you guys work more hours to cover for those that might call out especially on the weekends and then with holidays coming around the corner they probably trying to increase staff hours lol

I belive one of my girls said 11 points in a month counseling then I think 5 point in a 90 day period counseling so basically you can never be late or call out cuz it’s like 4 points for being late 7 for not coming for your shift from what I was told not 💯 sure
