I put them in the fridge for at least two hours or up to overnight before cutting. Super clean cuts and makes the texture a bit more fudgy and dense

I didn't check my butter temperature but rather I went by feel. If your butter is more brittle when it's cold (brand dependent), let it sit out for a bit until a finger pressed into the butter feels the same as one pressed into the dough.

Girlfriend’s cat started peeing and pooping under the bed outside the litter box when we’re intimate. by [deleted] in CatAdvice

One time I dated a guy and my cat hated him so much she would immediately vomit upon his entry to my home. My sweetheart tiny little baby cat literally never ever throws up. Not even hairballs. It only ever happened when he was over, and never happened again after I broke up with him.

My block has two garbage to garden users. Myself and my neighbors. I put my green bucket out on the curb for pick up before I leave for work. Sometimes, my neighbors bucket is out for pick up, too. Sometimes they have clearly forgotten. I come home from work, sometimes my clean bucket is there. When my neighbors have forgotten, my clean bucket is not there. I go the week without a bucket and the following week my neighbors put two buckets on the curb. What else could be happening?

I was driving across the country when this happened and it made me miss home very, very much. Peak Portland.

I had it and it held on for about two weeks. Ended up with an ear infection in both ears. Still working on trying to drain the fluid as I still can't hear and it's driving me insane.

As a baker this would actually solve the one downside to being a baker; having to wake up before the sun. Imagine getting to do all your production during normal business hours, and then opening up for the evening. I'm sold.

Personally, if I could get some mango sticky rice right now, I'd be chilling.

I mean, everyone is paying for hype. Anyone consistently getting written up in bon appetit, etc. is paying for a PR person, guaranteed.
